The product is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of successful commissioning. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to non-human factors, it will be repaired free of charge. The warranty period begins on the date when the purchaser signs the equipment acceptance record. All services and spare parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period. If the equipment leaks within its designed service life and subsequent re-welding results in diffuse cracks, we shall assume full responsibility.

All components of the entire machine must be fully and completely installed. The inner and outer surfaces must be uniformly polished, smooth and flat, and easy to clean. They shall not shed particles, conceal contaminants, or contaminate pharmaceutical products. There shall be no burrs, rust, scratches, or unevenness. Weld seams must be smooth and even, with no visible weld spots or dark scars. Painted surfaces must be intact, uniform, and glossy, free from discoloration, dripping, or flaking. Installed doors must be neat and aesthetically pleasing, without any deformation, and operate smoothly and flexibly. In particular, silicone gaskets must be added around the control box door. The interior of the box must be free of weld points and have no burrs on the edges. The entire machine must be thoroughly cleaned and maintain a bright, pristine appearance.
