Our Commitment
Warranty Service
The product is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of successful testing and commissioning. During the warranty period, if the product is not caused by human error, it will be repaired free of charge. The warranty period starts from the date when the purchaser signs the equipment acceptance record. During the warranty period, all services and accessories are free of charge. If the equipment leaks within its designed service life and the repair results in diffuse cracks, we will bear all responsibilities.
Debugging Service
After the equipment and engineering systems provided and installed by the supplier have been completed and tested and debugged on-site to meet the standards, they can leave the site after being signed off by the buyer.
Training Services
When supplying the SKID batching complete production line, the supplier will send technicians to assist and guide the installation. After the equipment is debugged and qualified, during the trial operation period, the supplier will train the relevant operators of the demander until the equipment runs normally.
Repair Services
The equipment has malfunctioned. The supplier will respond within 2 hours upon receiving the notice and arrive at the site for service within 24 to 48 hours.
Lifelong Service
After the product warranty period ends, the customer group planning management begins, and we will provide you with lifetime service.
Accessory Services
Comprehensive spare parts services are provided both during and outside the warranty period.
Final Inspection and Delivery Services
After the equipment is manufactured, the supplier will notify the buyer to come to the supplier's site for final acceptance inspection. Once the inspection is passed, the equipment will be ready for shipment.
Archival Services
After the contract is executed, I am responsible for providing the 3Q documents and PLC source files, including the user manual, equipment material report and other related materials.
