The automated ingredient SKID modules cover all scenarios, such as lyophilized powder injections, injectable solutions, and eye drops, and by pre-fabricating and assembling these modules in the factory, we significantly shorten on-site installation timelines while ensuring full compliance with GMP standards. Furthermore, our water treatment facilities—including purified water and injection water storage and distribution systems, as well as process gas pipelines—offer integrated services from design and installation through to complete process validation, helping clients smoothly obtain GMP certification. With “technological innovation and quality control” as its core competitive strengths, our production workshop is equipped with fully automatic argon arc welding machines, imported pipe-to-pipe welding equipment, and pharmaceutical-grade electropolishing and electrolytic finishing units, guaranteeing manufacturing precision. We have also set up a specialized physicochemical testing laboratory outfitted with non-destructive testing equipment, spectrometers, pipeline endoscopes, and other advanced instruments, enabling us to conduct rigorous quality control throughout the entire lifecycle—from raw materials and semi-finished products to finished goods. Our workshop is organized into functional zones according to the 5S standards, with meticulous documentation and traceability throughout material flow and process transitions. Meanwhile, we boast an experienced engineering team with strong capabilities in EPC turnkey project management, enabling us to deliver integrated engineering services efficiently.
