Flexible adaptation: It can be compatible with various forms of raw materials (liquids, powders, etc.) and support rapid formula switching to meet the needs of multi-variety and small-batch production.
Safety interlocks: It has functions such as liquid-level alarm, overload protection, and emergency stop to prevent material waste and quality risks caused by misoperation or system failures.
Precise measurement and ratio: Equipped with high-precision weighing modules (forpowder raw materials such as sucrose and excipients) and viscous-resistant flow meters (for liquid raw materials) , ensuring that the ratio error of ingredients such as sugar, liquid medicine, and additives is≤0.5%, meeting the requirementsfor contentuniformity.
Efficient mixing and dissolution: An anchor-type+paddle-type combined stirring device is adopted, combined with a variable -frequency speed -regulation function.It can quickly dissolve easily-caking raw materials such as sucrose, and at the same time avoid the generation of bubbles in high-viscosity syrup due to excessive shearing, ensuring a uniform system without particle precipitation.
Anti-adhesion and easy-cleaning design: The parts in contact with the materials are made of 316L stainless steel, and the surface is mirror-polished (Ra≤0.6μm) to reduce syrup adhesion and residue.It supports in-line cleaning(CIP) , and a high-temperature alkaline-washing program is designed for sugar stain residues, meeting GMP cleanliness requirements.
Temperature and viscosity control: An integrated jacket heating/cooling system can precisely control the batching temperature (for example, the dissolution of sucrose requires 50-60℃ ) .At the same time, the consistency of the syrup is monitored in real- time through an on-line viscometer to ensure that the fluidity of the finished product meets the filling requirements.
Full-process traceability and compliance: Equipped with a PLC controlsystem, itautomatically records raw material information, stirring time, temperature, ratio parameters, etc., generating a complete audit trail record to meet the requirements of FDA Part 11 and GMP forelectronic records.
Flexible production adaptation: It supports multi-formula storage and rapid switching (such as syrups with different flavors and liquid medicines with different concentrations) , adapts to small-batch and multi-variety production, and the discharge port is designed with an anti-dripping structure to reduce material waste and contamination risks.
