  • The vacuum emulsifying and batching unit is a commonly used production equipment in industries such as daily chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals. It is used to transform two immiscible liquids, an aqueous liquid and an "oil" that is immiscible in water, into a uniformly distributed liquid - liquid dispersion system (emulsion). According to the emulsion stability theory, for the formed dispersion system to remain in a relatively stable state for a long time, the droplets should be as small as possible, usually less than 10um. The emulsifying units produced by Nanjing Novogene are all designed based on this principle. The mechanical energy provided by the high-speed rotating high-shear stator-rotorsystem and the corresponding wall-scraping stirring system enables one phase to be mixed into the other phase. Through the deformation and rupture of coarse droplets, the diameter of the coarse droplets is continuously reduced until the uniform emulsification process isfinally completed. 

    The high-shear vacuum homogenizing emulsifier consists of an emulsifying tank (with lift-type stirring and flip-type tank body), a water-phase tank, an oil-phase tank, a vacuum device, a heating and temperature control system, a cooling system, an electrical control system, etc. After the materials are preliminarily mixed and dispersed in the pretreatment tank through heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsifying tank by the negative pressure formed by the vacuum pump. Inside the emulsifying tank, under the combined action of the scraper stirring paddle and the high-shearhomogenizer, the materials go through complex comprehensive processes such as stirring, shearing, impact, and compression, and are rapidly broken into micro -liquid droplets with a size range of 180um-2um, thus forming a stable emulsion state. During this process, the wall -scraping plate made of polytetrafluoroethylene can always adhere to the surface of the tank body, quickly clean the wall surface, continuously form a new wall surface between the material and the tank wall, improve the heat -exchange efficiency, and ensure the uniformity of the high-viscosity material in the tank. At the same time, the high -vacuum system configured in the equipment can quickly extract the air generated during the preparation process, avoiding oxidation or contamination caused by air bubbles in the finished material. Moreover, the defoamed material has more lusterand ductility. The ultra-high shear-angle pressure is an important guarantee for the emulsifying effect. The ZJR series emulsifiers adopt this advanced homogenizing structure of Nanjing Novogene and a unique butterfly-type circulating flow field, which can effectively control the particle size of the materials within 0. 2-200um and ensure auniform distribution. 

    The upper part of the machine is a frame-type scraping and mixing device. The upper partand the paddle can be raised, and at the bottom is an internal-external circulation emulsifying device. 
    By mixing the upper part with multiple fins and fully emulsifying and stirring the materials, better results can be obtained. 
    Due to the adoption of the bottom-type emulsifying device, it has a wider range of functions. The bottom homogenizing head is short starting from the bottom  of the tank, the emulsifying convection impact force is strong, the product can  quickly form granules, and the gloss is good. 
    Since the emulsifying convection direction is from top to bottom, it is not easy to generate bubbles. 
    If the product has a small amount of oil phase, the mixing effect can be better exerted, and the emulsifying time will beshortened, which will make the product structure
    When using this equipment, large orsmall amounts of products can be produced without reaching upto one-third of the production capacity.
