Warranty Service
The product is covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of successful commissioning. During the warranty period, if the product malfunctions due to non-human factors, it will be repaired free of charge. The warranty period begins on the date when the purchaser signs the equipment acceptance record. All services and spare parts are provided free of charge during the warranty period. If the equipment leaks within its designed service life and subsequent re-welding results in diffuse cracks, we shall assume full responsibility.
Debugging service
After the equipment and engineering systems supplied and installed by the supplier have been completed, passed on-site pressure testing and commissioning, and received the approval and signature of the buyer, they may leave the site.
Training Services
When supplying a complete skid-mounted batching production line, the supplier will dispatch technical personnel to the site to assist and guide the installation. After the equipment is properly installed and debugged, during the trial run period, the supplier will train the buyer’s relevant operators until the equipment operates normally.
Maintenance services
In the event of equipment failure, the supplier will respond within 2 hours of receiving notification and provide on-site service within 24 to 48 hours.
Lifetime service
After the product’s warranty period ends, you’ll enter customer group planning and management, providing you with lifelong service.
Accessory Services
We provide timely and comprehensive accessory services both during and after the warranty period.
Acceptance and Factory Service
After the equipment is manufactured, the supplier will notify the buyer to come for FAT acceptance inspection at the supplier’s facility, and the equipment will be shipped only after passing the inspection.
Archival Services
After the contract is executed, you will be responsible for providing the product’s 3Q documentation and PLC source files, including user manuals, equipment material reports, and other relevant documents.
