High-efficiency dispersion and mixing:Equipped with special stirring devices(such as high -shear emulsifiers and anchor agitators),it breaks up particle agglomerates through strong shearing force to ensure uniform dispersion of solid particles and avoid sedimentation or delamination.
Precise metering and batching:Integrates high -precision weighing/metering modules(such as screw weighing scales and plunger pumps), precisely measuring solid powders(such as pigments,catalysts)and liquid media respectively to ensure a ratio error of≤0.5%,meeting the requirements for the concentration stability of the suspension.
Anti -sedimentation and shear control:Some systems have a variable -frequency stirring function, which can adjust the stirring speed according to the characteristics of the suspension (viscosity,particle size), preventing particle sedimentation while avoiding excessive shearing that could cause particle breakage or changes in the properties of the medium.
Cleanliness and anti-pollution design:The parts in contact with the materials are made of 316L stainless steel or ceramic materials with a high surface finish,reducing particle adsorption. It supports in-line cleaning(CIP)and is suitable forscenarios with strict hygiene requirements, such as in the food and pharmaceuticalindustries.
Traceability of process parameters: Integrates a PLC control system, which records parameters such as stirring speed, temperature, batching quantity, and mixing time in real-time, generating an audit trail record to meet compliance requirements such as GMP.
Strong adaptability: It can handle suspension systems with different particle sizes (from micrometers to millimeters)and different viscosities, supports batch -type or continuous production,and is suitable for the needs of multiple industries such as coatings, pharmaceuticals,and food(such as suspended beverages).
Control of aseptic filtration of oil -phase solvent feeding,control of system anhydration,control of stirring time and temperature of the oil-phase, selection of tank -type emulsifiers and in -line emulsifiers,control of pH, particle size, and temperature before canning, and selection of the concentration of CIP solvent.
