It is applicable to industries such as pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, fine chemicals, and chemical synthesis. The materials used are SUS304 or SUS316L. The tank body is equipped with a jacket, and the jacket structure forms are divided into three types for selection: standard jacket, external coil jacket, and Melinex honeycomb jacket. It can be heated and cooled. The inner surface is electrolytic mirror-polished, with no hygienic dead- corners. The fully-enclosed design ensures that the materials are always in a sterile state. The heads (conical) are spun-formed and comply with GMP standards. The stirring device adopts a sanitary-grade mechanical seal. The container insulation uses polyurethane or EPE. The interfaces adopt international-standard quick-fitting clamp-type, which is convenient and hygienic. The edges are spun-formed. The outer surface has multiple forms such as polishing, sand-blasting,frosted or cold-rolled original color matte, enabling the container to showcase its excellent quality in any venue. The equipment is equipped with a sterile air breather, CIP cleaning spray head, sight glass, flange-type quick-opening manhole and other devices.
