Stainless steel precipitation tank (with stirring and lifting, supernatant extraction function)
The stainless-steel settlingtankis a fully-enclosed pressure-bearingvessel specifically designed for the solid-liquid separation and refined treatment ofmaterials.This model can achievethe entireprocess of material treatment,including heating and cooling adjustment, mixing, sedimentation and layering,and precise extraction of the supernatant, effectively ensuring separation efficiency and material quality.
Heat ing and Cooling Adjustment Function: The tankis equipped with a heating and coolingsystem ( such as a jacket or half-pipe heat-exchange structure). Steam, hot water, orlow-temperature refrigerant can be introduced top recisely adjust the temperature of the materials in the tank (the adjustment range is usually 5-120℃, with atemperature control accuracy of±2℃).
Integrated Mixingand Crushing Function: It is equipped with an anchor-type mixing system.Themixing blades are designed to fitthe tank wall, enabling uni form mixing of the materials in the tank and avoiding local material deposition. At the sametime, the bottom of the anchor-type mixer integrates a crushing function, which can gently crush caked materials orlarge-particle precipitates in the tank.
Pneumatic Lifting Function ofthe Mixing System: The mixing system supportsoverall pneumaticlifting,and thelifting stroke can beflexibly adjusted according to the height ofthe tank and the liquid level of the materials (usually the lifting range is 0-500mm).
Precise Extraction Function of the Supernatant: Through the supernatant discharge device on the upperpart ofthe tank, combined with thevisual observation through the side strip-shaped viewing window, the layeringinter face between the supernatant and the precipitate can be accurately judged. Then, the supernatant is extracted bya hand-operated stainless-steel straw.Theend of the straw is designed with an anti-sedimentation structure (such as a filter screen or liquid-level limiting device), which can strictly prevent the precipitation from being carried out during the extraction process and ensure the extraction purity of the supernatant (the extraction accuracy can be controlled with in ±5mm of the layering interface).
