Configuration and technical description
This series of tanks is designed,manufactured,pressure -tested and accepted in full accordance with the "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Pressure Vessels". The materialsusedareimported316Lor304,andtheinnersurfaceis polished to a roughness of Ra0.28-0.45um.
The heating or cooling of the tank body can be carried out through coil pipes orfull jackets according to customers'requirements.
The agitation is divided into top mechanical agitation and bottom magnetic agitation.The forms include propeller-type, spiral-type,anchor-type,etc. Mechanical seals are adopted to ensure 100% oil-tightness. The agitation speed ranges from 36 to 500 revolutions perminute. It can also be controlled by a frequency converter.
For the tank body insulation,rock wool, polyurethane foam or pearl cotton filling can be used according to customers' requirements. The outer surface of the tank can be polished, wiredrawn orgiven a matte finish as required.
Configurations include:air breather, thermometer, level gauge, steam sterilization port, universal rotating cleaning ball, hygienicmanhole, viewinglamp and sight glass,etc.
