Product Details:
1. Material is corrosion-resistant and durable.
- The main body (screen plate + tank) typically uses 304/316L stainless steel (with F40 coating). 316L contains molybdenum, offering excellent resistance to acids and alkalis as well as corrosion by chloride ions.
- The screen plate is manufactured using stamping/welding processes, offering high strength, resistance to deformation, and the ability to withstand impact and high pressure.
2. Stable filtration performance
- The screen plate (filter bag) features precise pore sizes (ranging from 0.05 μm to 2 mm), a high open-area ratio, and can efficiently trap solid particles and impurities while remaining resistant to clogging.
- Adaptable to either “inside-out” or “outside-in” filtration directions, and partially supports backwashing for easy cleaning and reuse.
3. Highly adaptable
- Suitable for liquid/powder filtration in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, compliant with FDA / GMP hygiene standards (surface polishing Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, no microbial residue).
- Can be used with filter bags or filter cartridges to enhance filtration accuracy (e.g., fine filtration at the 5μm level).
4. Easy to operate and maintain
- The tank body features clamp / flange connections for easy disassembly and cleaning; the screen plates are easily removable and replaceable, resulting in low maintenance costs.
