Mobile liquid dispensing tank
1. Sterile-design features include a magnetically stirred tank equipped with an online CIP cleaning ball and an SIP sterilization interface, enabling in-situ cleaning and sterilization. Paired with a sterile air filter (capable of removing bacteria ≥0.01 μm), the tank maintains a sterile environment inside.
2. Integrated functional module—conveying and filtering in one unit, featuring a hygienic-grade conveying pump for precise flow control. The system includes a series-connected filter (compatible with filters of varying precision levels), enabling direct material filtration after liquid preparation and thus preventing secondary contamination.
3. Fully automated PLC control; the touchscreen + PLC system supports switching between manual and automatic modes. It allows one-click control of parameters such as stirring speed, temperature, pressure, liquid level, and flow rate. Additionally, it can store up to 500 process recipes, and data can be locally saved, stored on a USB drive, or transferred to a PC for traceability.
4. High flexibility and versatility: The equipment is integrated into a stainless steel cart equipped with casters, allowing it to be flexibly moved between different production lines and cleanrooms, making it suitable for laboratory, pilot-scale, and small-batch production environments.
