KL quick opening filter
Purpose:
This machine is applicable to the filtration in industries such as traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine oral liquids,chemicals,food,light industry,and beer.
Characteristics:
1. This machine features quick opening,closing, disassembly, assembly and cleaning, as well as multi-layer rapid filtration. It occupies a small area and has a good usage effect.
2. When using this machine, you can choose pressure filtration by pump or vacuum filtration.
3. The filter frame of this machine is horizontal. There is less shedding and cracking of the filter cake, less residual filtering liquid, and it improves efficiency by 50% compared with horizontal pressure filters.
Materials used:
1. The complete set of equipment is made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel.
2. Select screen mesh.
(1)Stainless -steel screen mesh; (2)Filter cloth; (3)Filter paper. The suspension is filtered by this machine to separate and obtain the required clear liquid or solid materials. It meets GMP requirements.TL titanium rod filter
The filter element is a sintered titanium powder rod, featuring large flow rate, high precision, high -temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, non -toxicity, no particle shedding, and long service life.
The shell material is imported SUS304 or 316L. The inner surface undergoes mirror -like polishing treatment, with a surface roughness of Ra0.28μm.
The inlet pipe uses a clamp -type connection, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. At the same time, the cylinder can be flipped 180 degrees for thorough cleaning.
Filtration accuracy:0.5μm -30μm.
