Stirring paddle Flat blade, inclined blade, curved blade, axial flow blade (optional according to customer requirements). Stirring method Mechanical stirring, branded speed reducer, speed regulation by branded frequency converter. Control method (optional) 1. Branded touch-screen operation interface, dedicated PLC automated control program for automatic control of fermentation parameters.

Each control parameter is presented in a separate instrument-type format to control the fermentation parameters.Control parameters (basic configuration) Lower-level computer control:Real-time measurement and control of parameters such as temperature, pH value, DO value, defoaming, stirring speed, and feeding system. Expansion configuration (optional) Remote computer upper-level computer control, liquid-level measurement, feeding weighing system, methanol and ethanol content detection, exhaust gas (oxygen, carbon dioxide)detection. Equipment features It adopts a special mechanical seal that meets the requirements of the fermentation process. The large-field-of-view side-view mirror enables clear observation inside the tank. In-place sterilization ensures safety and reliability. The concentration of the culture medium is accurate. It is easy to disassemble, assemble and combine, and convenient to operate.
