Configuration and technical description
This series of tanks is designed,manufactured,pressure -tested and inspected in full accordance with "Technical Conditions for Steel Welded Containers".The materials used are imported 316L or 304.The inner surface is polished to a roughness of Ra0.28-0.45μm.
For the heating or cooling of the tank body,it can be equipped with coils or a full jacket according to the customer's requirements.
For insulation,rock wool,polyurethane foam or pearl cottonfilling can be used according to the customer's requirements.
The outer surface of the tank can be polished,brushed or matte -finished according to the customer's requirements.
Configurations include:air breather,thermometer,steam sterilization port,quick-mounting manhole,liquid level gauge,universal rotating cleaning ball and quick-mounting interfaces for liquid inlet,outlet and circulation.
